Integra follows the following work flow phases during project implementation

► | Design – this phase focuses on design, gap assessment and tailored fit. |
► | Implementation– the primary objectives of this phase are to finalize building and testing of the tailored design and continue knowledge transfer. |
► | Deliver – this phase focuses on preparing the business and systems for go-live and post support. |
► | Support Phase – the system is cutover into a production environment initiating the beginning of formal support |
